I work differently to most Coaches and only work personally with a handful of clients worldwide, acting as a consultant for and on behalf of them & their families.

I specialise in using cutting-edge fitness and dietary strategies to maximise body fat loss, increase lean body mass and manage your long-term health & wellbeing. Uniquely, I provide guidance and an overarching strategy to your health and fitness.

Working with me can include anything from hiking, cycling or water based activities, as well as more traditional gym-based sessions such as kickboxing, weight training, or circuits.  I have cultivated a highly creative approach, drawing on experience from two decades spent at the highest levels in sport & fitness and from working in all corners of the globe.  I can incorporate sleep strategies & restoration techniques, mind-body / holistic fitness, & also build your resilience to stress.

Jon is a Masters Level Exercise Scientist, Fitness Entrepreneur, Thought Leader and Author. He has been a Coach for more than 15 years, working with elite sports performers, business leaders, royalty & clients from the entertainment industry.

Jon is the Founder of Club 51, a bespoke health & fitness studio, in Mayfair, London and now also in Singapore, Asia.

He is driven by a personal motive to help people achieve simpler, healthier lifestyles – the inspiration behind The Pop Up Gym.

In his role as a Nike Master Trainer & Brand Ambassador, Jon has been involved in the education and development of a select group of UK based Fitness Trainers and Coaches tasked with delivering the NTC programme.

A widely sought-after public speaker, Jon has presented globally at some of the largest fitness conventions in the world including IDEA (USA), Filex (Australia) and Fit Pro (UK). Jon was the first British Personal Trainer to be chosen by IDEA as one of the top three personal trainers in the world, three years running. Jon has held many prestigious industry certifications and recently passed the CISSN Sports Nutrition Certification in Colorado, USA.
